We believe children and their families deserve care that prioritizes them. Care that meets them where they are, when they need it, from a pediatrician who knows them, their story, their needs, and their dreams.

To put it simply…you won’t.
At Horse and Buggy Pediatrics, we believe childhood is sacred. We believe it’s a crucial time for growth, connection, play, discovery, and safety.
As a pediatrician and a parent, I’ve seen the toll social media has taken on children’s mental health, attention spans, and self-worth. I’ve watched the way these platforms monetize insecurity, erode self-esteem, manipulate trust, and serve as gateways for real, exponential harm - including the abuse, exploitation, and trafficking of children.
That is why we cannot, in good conscience, support these very systems we believe are so blatantly damaging to the children we care for. We also don’t believe physicians should have to compromise their values to run a meaningful practice. So, we don’t.
That’s why we’ve made a conscious decision:

At Horse and Buggy Pediatrics, we do not, and will not, use social media to benefit our practice in any way. We don’t pursue likes, track followers, post tweets, solicit subscribers, or capture engagement rates. We don’t chase trends and we don’t make dance videos. And we will never advertise, market, monetize, or promote our practice on any platform that profits from a child’s pain or suffering. Ever.
Instead, we operate the old fashioned way - through word-of-mouth, genuine trust, and real, personal relationships. Ours is a grassroots practice built on a foundation of core values and clear priorities. One designed to provide true, personal presence, and peace of mind.
